You don't need any experience, any equipment, or any idea what to expect. Just show up — we'll take care of everything else. Parents are welcome to watch from the sidelines, and we'll answer every question you have after class.

What to expect

    Arrive a few minutes early

    Give yourself time to meet the instructors and get oriented. We start every newcomer with focused, one-on-one attention before you join the group.

  2. 02

    Wear comfortable clothes

    Athletic shorts or sweatpants and a t-shirt are perfect — no uniform needed for your trial. We train in bare feet on the mat.

  3. 03

    Experience a real class

    You'll get a genuine taste of Kanzen Gōjū-Ryū — technique, discipline, and respect. Parents are welcome to watch from the waiting area.
