Kids Karate
Traditional Goju-Ryu for young students ready to take training seriously. We build focus, respect, and real self-defense in a structured dojo — not a daycare.

Man Kumite

Trained by experts, with decades in the making
Shihan Donny Sheinwald — 6th-degree black belt, 42 years on the mat — completed a 100-man kumite, sparring one hundred opponents in a row. He is one of only two karateka recorded to have done it.
When you train at Kanzen, you train under instructors with a combined century-plus of experience, carrying the Kanzen Goju-Ryu tradition forward.

A lineage you can feel

Kanzen Goju-Ryu was built by the late Zokucho (Grand Patriarch) Harry Rosenstein, who upheld its traditions for decades. The art he taught traces back to the founders of Goju-Ryu.
Today his student, Shihan Donny Sheinwald, carries that tradition forward — the same standards, the same protocol, the same respect for the art.
